Outside Sales Representative – Commercial Flooring
Memphis, TN

Seeking a 3+ year commercial flooring sales professional with an established book of business in the Memphis market.

Responsibilities:

  • Call on general contractors, property managers, and building owners

  • Cover a 75–100 mile territory around Memphis

  • Sell commercial and multi-family flooring products (no residential)

  • Develop new business and grow existing accounts

Products: Carpet, Hardwood, LVP, LVT, Laminate, Ceramic & Porcelain Tile

Compensation:

  • $45K–$75K base (DOE)

  • Uncapped commission ($150K–$200K+ OTE)

  • Car allowance + gas card

  • 401(k) match up to 4%

  • Benefits + PTO
